I just an ACT for America email update on Rollins College suspending a student for openly disagree with a Muslim Prof who was indoctrinating the class about the Crucifixion of Cross saying it was a hoax.

The student - Marshall Polston. The Professor - Areej Zufari.

After Polston publicly complained about his suspension, Counterjihad investigators began to Areej Zufari’s life. The discovery was that she was a Jew-hating radical Muslim working at Rollins College in Florida. Zufari was a mistress to a married Syrian whose name is Maher Ghawji:

Joe Kaufman, an investigative journalist for FrontPage Magazine and Chairman of Americans Against Hate a civil rights organization and terrorism watchdog group, filed an affidavit No. CT-003545-04 naming Professor Zufari and her then husband Maher Ghawji a medical doctor based in Memphis, Tennessee. The affidavit reads in part:

8. Maher Ghawji has admitted to his wife of being a member of the Muslim Brotherhood, a violent political movement whose members are sworn to “defend Islam” with their “blood.” He accepted this status with a group of friends, during a trip they had made to Cairo, Egypt (Exhibit 1). He left Syria around 1982, the year a government-led massacre took place in the town of Hama – a Brotherhood stronghold – which resulted in the deaths of 10,000 to 40,000 people (Exhibit 2). Following the massacre, members of the Brotherhood fled Syria, some leaving for the U.S. or Europe, some joining up with Osama bin Laden to fight in Afghanistan (Exhibit 3).

9. During his court deposition, on June 4, 2004, Maher Ghawji admitted to the court and to his wife of being a Wahhabi, an adherent to a fanatical religious form of Islam READ THE REST (Orlando’s Muslim Professor Areeje Zufari — Profile of a ‘Radical Islamic Supremacist’; By Dr. Rich Swier; Website – Dr. Rich Swier; 3/28/17)

Knowing about Zufari’s boyfriend is quite significant; however, if one believes there is Radical Islam inherent in Zufari merely because she is married to a Muslim Brotherhood Jihadi operative, this will change your mind:

Zufari served as the spokesperson and Director of Communications for the Islamic Society of Central Florida (ISCF) from 2001 to at least 2004, according to the author bio from her 2012 book “Beyond the Headlines” and press communications from the organization. ISCF's main mosque, Masjid al-Rahman, is owned by the North American Islamic Trust (NAIT), which was classified by federal prosecutors as both an un-indicted co-conspirator in the 2008 Holy Land Foundation terrorism financing case and as an entity that is or was a member of the Muslim Brotherhood.

In this case, the Muslim Brotherhood’s goals were identified as “establish[ing] a network of organizations in the U.S. to spread a militant Islamist message and raise money for Hamas,” and “eliminating the State of Israel through violent jihad.” Former FBI special agent Robert Stauffer stated that NAIT’s role in the Muslim Brotherhood is that of a nonprofit financial holding company, according to the Milwaukee-Wisconsin Journal Sentinel.

Security policy expert Alex Alexiev reports in the National Review that NAIT is “the proprietor of hundreds of radical mosques and Islamic institutions in the U.S., including some that have been closed down by the government as criminal enterprises.” According to the Hudson Institute, NAIT is the title owner of at least 25% of all Islamic facilities in the United States with some estimates reaching up to 79%. ISCF has not responded to multiple calls and emails asking if Zufari still holds a position with the organization.

In recent years ISCF has received notable publicity for terrorism fundraising activities. In 2009, ISCF sponsored and held an event at Masjid al-Rahman that raised at least $55,000 for George Galloway’s Viva Palestina, which has been criticized as being a financial conduit for the terrorist organization Hamas. Indeed, in 2009 Galloway held a public press conference where he handed a bag of cash over to Hamas leadership.

While its website claims that the organization is for peaceful practitioners of Islam, earlier this year Imam Musri welcomed Sheikh Mohammed Rateb Al-Nabulsi, a radical Muslim cleric who openly calls for the death of Jews and gays, according to Heritage Florida Jewish News.

In recent years Rollins College appears to have forged deep connections with ISCF and the two have engaged in affiliated projects dating as far back as 1998. Rollins has collaborated on several events with the ISCF, including one as late as September of 2016, according to the ISCF’s Twitter page.

Zufari was caught up in the middle of a divorce case between Rosine Ghawji and her husband, Maher Ghawji, a Syrian-born endocrinologist, whom Rosine has exposed as a supporter of and donor to radical Islamic activities.

Proof of the affair, found in the affidavit of counter-terrorism expert Joe Kaufman, showed that Zufari had been planning a trip to a nudist resort with Maher Ghawji, a man who admitted in court to giving money to his brother, who ended up being a part of a terrorist-linked organization, according to page 32 of the court filing. Specifically, a

Six years prior to their divorce, Rosine [Maher Ghawji’s ex-wife] began acting as an FBI informant leaking information about her ex-husband, who she claims revealed himself to her to be a member of the Muslim Brotherhood early on in their relationship.

Email evidence uncovered in the court filing shows that the two were so deeply involved that Zufari had gone to Syria and visited with Ghawji’s family. This past Wednesday, Zufari’s sister confirmed in a comment on a Facebook post that at one point they were even engaged to be married, but claims “their relationship didn’t last for other reasons” after the court trial had ended.

According to point 20 of her lawsuit against Zufari, Rosine alleges that throughout the affair Zufari was aware of her ex-husband’s extremist beliefs, and was even complicit in the plan to radicalize Ghawji’s two children, Louis and Tarek “K.K.” Ghawji.

When asked to respond to the situation and Zufari’s ties to radical Islam, Rollins College spokeswoman Jo Marie Hebeler said the following in a statement:

Rollins College is welcoming and respectful of all religious and cultural beliefs. As an institution of higher education, we value and encourage diversity of opinions and respectful discourse. In accordance with FERPA and our institutional policies, it is our responsibility to respect the privacy and confidentiality of all involved in this incident, students and faculty alike. The safety and fair treatment of all members of our campus community is of utmost concern.”

Rollins College stated there will be no further comment on the situation. READ ENTIRETY (PROF. AT ROLLINS COLLEGE INVOLVED IN SUSPENDING CHRISTIAN STUDENT HAS TIES TO ISLAMIC EXTREMISTS; By Will Nardi and Zach Swaim; FrontPageMag.com; 4/4/17)

Ergo the Rollins College multicultural diversity policy means the college looks the other way when Islamic terrorist supporting apply for employment. YOU have to wonder if the college has other Islamic terrorist supporting staff under their employ?

Marshal Polston had his suspension lifted after only a week. AND Islamic terrorist supporting Areej Zufari has voluntarily resigned as a Professor at Rollins College.

And yet Rollins College insists Polston did not get suspended for arguing with Areej Zufari. Rather the college claims Polston was suspended for social media disrespect and vulgarity against college staff. The only proof of such disrespect and vulgarity is an email sent to Zufari complaining of receiving a failing grade for disagreeing with her facts. I found the email at WND:

We need to talk as soon as possible over phone or in your office because you have been extremely unfair to me and pursuit a ruthless program of hostility in your recent grading simply due to the fact that I disagree with you on your inherent bias and clandestine theological apologies. I’m actually a nice person but not when I’m viciously attacked. I’d be just as happy to go to the dean about this issue.

I’m emailing you about the first essay in your Rollins class. You recently failed me with a 52% despite the fact that I followed all the guidelines listed, covered all the topics and asked you directly about the problem areas. I specifically asked you about sources in person as a result of your request that the paper be an analysis and not research. Everything I wrote came from personal memory and research or first hand experience in my travels with the government, personal visits with friends, teaching experiences or philanthropic efforts in the Middle East.

Quite frankly the grade you assigned to me exposes your a true agenda which is to silence me in class. As I told you before I’m not interested in speaking anymore. But since you’ve decided to carry a blitzkrieg out against me, I may have to speak up in regards to your extreme bias and not necessarily to the class but to the dean. You’re one of the most incompetent professors I have ever seen in my entire life.

It’s very clear you have absolutely no idea what you’re talking about. You may have a college degree but you belong in a reform school.

First you conflate the immaculate conception and virgin birth which are totally different. Then you state that middle eastern Jews were Sephardic when in fact they are mostly Mizrahi Sephardic Jews only emigrated from Spain to North Africa and Istanbul and we’re NEVER native.

I could go on and on and on. Everybody knows that you’re a failure as a Professor — Rest assured I’m not the only one!!! I have dozens of examples to pull from that I’ve noticed during the class.

I think it’s great to be a theological apologist but not in a secular setting — I don’t know whether this was just a mistake or not so I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt. In order to stop a textual embarrassment in the Quran from coming to light in class you proceeded to ignore the facts when I asked a pertinent question about Mohammed. He had an adopted son which divorced his wife so he could marry him and although you finally admitted it was twisted, it took until I looked up the verse that you believed me.

Your bias is blatantly evident in your misinformation about the historical Jesus and moreover manifested in the lack of discussion about Wellhausen’s documentary hypothesis (with you taking the theological position that Moses wrote the first five books of the Torah). No one takes either position that you gave in the archaeological or secular biblical fields.

Also your brainwashing session about sharia law at the United States of Rollins ignores what the vast majority of people in countries like Egypt and Iraq really believe in regards to misogyny, homophobia or religious freedom.

I agree that sharia law can be reformed but in the context of the seventh century, let’s not jump to utopian conclusions about sharia law’s original implementation in society. I understand that you are much more liberal Muslim which is great but quite frankly it astonishes me your hypocrisy. On the one hand you report me to the dean for correcting you while you were indoctrinating students with false information. On the other hand a Muslim student in class cracks a joke about chopping someone’s body parts off and you do nothing. Yes I have witnesses – I’m not the only one who has a concern about your agenda and overt bias. [Blog Editor’s bold text]

It’s really cowardly of you to shut me down in the middle of class or lie to the dean but I should be careful when saying that because that would be insulting to cowards. There’s something seriously wrong and depraved about you when you think my intellectual conversation is more threatening than the despicable comments about decapitation made by the student in question! SICK! [Blog Editor’s bold text]

I hope we don’t have to escalate this issue and you’ll stop this crusade against me. I would really hate to get in contact with some national media personalities that I’m good friends with but I’m going to have to take it there or pursue legal options if you don’t stop your harassment toward me.

Hmm I see an upset student over an unjust/undeserving failing grade AND NOTHING physically threatening, disrespectful or vulgar. Since Rollins College multicultural diversity policy does not preclude hiring Islamic terrorist supporters, it is not surprising the college uses an age old Islamic tenet in fabricating a suspension reason – Taqiyya (aka Lying).

The ACT for America is taking its share of credit for Areej Zufari resigning, but says nothing of Marshall Polston’s reinstatement. ACT uses the email as a fundraiser. Give or not, that’s up to you. ACT for America is a worthy cause if you have the extra cash.

Well, to make this post lengthier, I am cross posting ACT’s email followed by The Blaze’s update on Marshall Polston. Those are the two sources I initially read that chapped my hide about Rollins College’s idiotic multicultural diversity policy.

We did it!

Thanks to you, radical Islamic Professor Areej Zufari has resigned from Rollins College.

After being caught red handed indoctrinating students, and slandering one who stood up to her radical agenda, Marshall Polston, ACT for America came to the rescue.

Zufari was on the FBI terror watch list for connections to a co-conspirator in the first WTC bombing, and was an explicit anti-Semite.

ACT for America mobilized its grassroots army to bombard the college with tens of thousands of emails and calls demanding the reinstatement of Marshall Polston and the firing of the radical professors. We made life so difficult for her and the college, she resigned on her own.

Chalk up another victory for our grassroots machine, which continues to grow in both size and influence.

We want to thank you for standing by our side in this fight to identify, expose, and remove radical Islamic Professors from college campuses across the country.

At ACT for America, we don’t just talk about the threats facing our nation, we ACT to eradicate them.

Muslim prof accused by Christian student of saying Jesus’ crucifixion is a hoax resigns from college

A Muslim professor at a small Florida college has resigned after a bitter dispute with a Christian student which included theological dust-ups, angry emails, a police report, a suspension for the student — and a reversal of the suspension — all of which made national headlines.

The professor, Areej Zufari, wanted 20-year-old sophomore Marshall Polston out of her Middle Eastern humanities class at Rollins College after doing battle with him for most of the spring semester. Polston accused her of saying Jesus’ crucifixion is a hoax and that his disciples didn’t believe he is God — but that wasn’t his only issue.

In an email to Zufari after receiving a failing grade on an essay, Polston wrote “you report me to the dean for correcting you while you were indoctrinating students with false information. On the other hand a Muslim student in class cracks a joke about chopping someone’s body parts off and you do nothing.”

The controversy spread beyond the private liberal arts school in Winter Park, which received thousands of angry messages about the professor.

The school’s President Grant Cornwell told the Orlando Sentinel that Zufari quit “because of the hateful threats and emails and phones messages she was getting. I think it’s a terrible injustice, but I do respect her decision.”

In addition, Cornwall told the paper that Polston’s suspension in late March — which was rescinded after a week — wasn’t over his theological dispute with Zufari but because of his “vulgar” and “mean-spirited” Facebook comments to another student. The president added to the Sentinel that since Polston’s posts didn’t constitute a specific threat, he was reinstated.

However, Polston’s reinstatement letter from Rollins College says his behavior was connected to more than just a single student, noting he had been “aggressive, disrespectful, and at times, vulgar in multiple verbal and electronic communications with faculty, staff and students.”

Cornwall’s revelation about Polston’s “vulgar” and “mean-spirited” Facebook comments was the the first time the school gave its reason for the suspension, the Sentinel reported, adding that the school wouldn’t comment earlier, citing student privacy laws.

But at the time, Cornwall did insist the school “never ever ever” would suspend a student simply for disagreeing with a professor.

Polston’s attorney Kenneth Lewis told the Sentinel the Facebook post was “nothing” and “a total joke” — and that the classroom dispute was the real reason for his client’s suspension.

Before Polston’s suspension, Zufari sought an injunction against him for “protection against stalking,” the paper said, citing court records — but she withdrew the injunction request last week.

Cornwell added to the Sentinel that school officials interviewed other students in Zufari’s class who disputed Polston’s allegations — and that the school decided his failing grade was appropriate after reviewing Polston’s essay.

“I was upset, understandably,” Polston told the Central Florida Post about his failing grade. “I’ve never gotten anything less than straight As, so I was really interested in figuring out how to possibly improve or at least understand the grade.”

In 2013, Rollins College kicked InterVarsity Christian Fellowship off campus because the student group required its leaders to be Christian and promote certain conservative beliefs, the Sentinel reported, which constituted a violation of the school’s anti-discrimination policy.

This story has been updated.

For those of you buying the Sarin attack is a false flag hoax, the Trump Administration is declassifying the evidence from whence sarin was loaded at Shayrat Airfield on Su-22 fixed-wing aircraft. Flown over Khan Shaykhun and released on the civilian residents.

There is even the appearance that – SURPRISE – Russia and Iran has spreading disinformation about the sarin attack. This would be where conspiracy theorists have picked up false flag data and then proceeded to spread the Russian/Iranian propaganda.

The U.S. has confirmed the agent used in the attack was sarin, from testing on the victims and from symptom reports as well as "leakage around the actual weapon that we think the sarin came from." Emergency personnel suffered exposure symptoms from coming into contact with contaminated victims.”

White House: 'Massive' Evidence Shows Sarin Came from Assad Base

By BRIDGET JOHNSON

APRIL 11, 2017

PJ Media

WASHINGTON -- White House officials said today that the U.S. has amassed a mountain of evidence confirming that Syrian President Bashar al-Assad used sarin against the town of Khan Shaykhun last week, and indicated they're still trying to determine if Russia knew about the attack beforehand.

A declassified summary of the intelligence report on the attack that killed dozens and injured hundreds one week ago today found that the Syrian and Russian assertion that the nerve agent must have come from terrorist or rebel forces also has no basis in fact.

New information coming in "continues to be clear and consistent with our understanding of the attack," a senior White House official told reporters on background today.

The declassified information was compiled from open-source materials ranging from videos to on-the-ground accounts, geospatial intelligence, U.S. signals intelligence, and physiological samples from attack victims.

The attack came from Su-22 fixed-wing aircraft out of the Shayrat airfield hit in subsequent U.S. strikes, the report says; the planes were in the Khan Shaykhun area for 20 minutes before the first report of a chemical attack came in, and left soon after. The administration also has "information that suggest that personnel historically associated with the chemical weapons program were at Shayrat airfield in late March preparing for this attack," and these people were there again on the day of the attack.

The U.S. has confirmed the agent used in the attack was sarin, from testing on the victims and from symptom reports as well as "leakage around the actual weapon that we think the sarin came from." Emergency personnel suffered exposure symptoms from coming into contact with contaminated victims.

A hospital treating attack victims was struck by conventional weapons about six hours after the chemical attack.

On hoax theories, the White House official said the "absolute massive data we have in all the different vehicles -- we've gotten it from open-source videos, to victim accounts, to imagery, to signals intelligence, is just too massive for really any -- any intelligence organization to fabricate in that short a period of time; we just think that's not a feasible explanation." Intel agencies have confirmed that videos distributed of the attack were filmed at the time and in the locations claimed.

"Across the board starting in 2013 [with the Ghouta sarin attack] and then since, we've seen both the Russians and the Syrians have a very clear campaign to try to obfuscate the nature of attacks, the attackers, and what has happened at any particular incident," the official said.

"They've thrown out a bunch of potential agents, a bunch of potential responsible or accountable parties. And often their own information is inconsistent with their own narrative. They certainly have dismissed the allegations of a chemical attack in Khan Shaykhun. They called it a 'prank of a provocative nature.' But again, we don't think it's remotely possible for the Syrians or the Russians to have fabricated this much information so fast and so consistently on this attack."

The official added that the Russian theory that a conventional regime strike hit a chemical weapons depot is "inconsistent" with the facts, stressing terrorist groups or rebels are not known to have sarin and "we don't see a building, again, with that chemical residue we would expect if the Russian narrative was true." The chemical weapon landed in the middle of a street.

It's "quite clear to us, that in this case, this is not a terrorist holding of sarin, or a terrorist use of sarin, but we do know that the Syrian regime has sarin," the official said.

Another official said the White House is "still looking into what we think the intelligence-community assessment or other is about Russian knowledge of, involvement, etc."

The official said there's "not a consensus on our side" yet "about the extent or how to interpret the information that we have and continue to get," adding that historically and especially in the past two years of conflict Russia and Syria are two militaries that "operate very closely, even down to an operational and a tactical level."

"And so considering the fact that there were Russian forces co-located with Syrian forces at the Shayrat airfield in addition to many other installations -- many other Syrian regime installations around the country," the official added. "We do think that it is a question worth asking the Russians about how is it possible that their forces were co-located with the Syrian forces that planned, prepared, and carried out chemical weapons attack at the same installation and did not have foreknowledge."

"...We don't know the tactical intentions of the Russians on that day, on any operations that they may have been involved in."

The officials would not comment on the existence of any U.S. signals intelligence that would indicate collusion between the Russians and Syrians or a direct order from Assad to attack the town.

The first White House official said they "take very seriously the possibility that Syria may have additional agents elsewhere" and are "working with our intelligence community to understand every piece of information they have about where such munitions might be located, who might be a hold of them."

"And I can tell you that that's going to be part of what we try to figure out, where we go from here."

Officials theorized that the chemical weapons strike was conducted because, even though a civilian neighborhood was the target, Khan Shaykhun was one of the support areas in the rear of the opposition front lines advancing on Hama since March. The city includes a key airbase for Assad's forces.

"At that point, the regime, we think, calculated that with its manpower spread quite think trying to support both defensive operations and consolidation operations in Aleppo and along that north-south spine of western Syria, and also trying to support operations which required it to send manpower and resources east toward Palmyra, we believe that the regime probably calculated at that point that chemical weapons were necessary in order to try to make up for the manpower deficiency," an official said.

"...We believe certainly that there were -- there was an operational calculus that the regime and perhaps its Russian advisers went through in terms of the decision-making."

Intro to ‘The Only Moral Choice

John R. Houk Editor

By Justin O. Smith

Posted 4/10/17

Syria is an enigma to American Foreign Policy, National Interests and National Security. Just about any action along a policy choice is a damned if we do or damned if we don’t.

There is no doubt that Bashar Assad is a brutal and nefarious dictator that butchers the Sunni majority in his nation. YET much of the Sunni majority is fractured under the control of Islamic terrorist entities that are just as if not more so brutal than Assad. AND the Sunni rebel militias that claim no affiliation to the Islamic terrorists are less organized and/or unreliable in their moderate assertions.

Military action taken by President Trump against the Assad controlled airbase that launched a chemical weapon attack on the civilians of Khan Sheikhoun was quite proportional as a warning against continued chemical WMD attacks.

AND YET Syria took advantage of Russia and Iran’s version of a redline warning against the U.S. claiming (or pretending) they’d retaliate for their little/widdle client if more military action is forthcoming.

I do like Justin Smith’s analysis of the Syrian enigma as relating President Trump’s proportional response to a chemical weapon attack.

The Only Moral Choice

By Justin O. Smith

Sent 4/9/2017 1:29 PM

Making the only moral choice and protecting the United States vital interests, President Donald Trump ordered the first direct U.S. attack on Syria in six years, in response to Syrian President Bashar Assad's use of a sarin gas nerve-agent on his own people and the images of little children dying and foaming at the mouth, on April 6th 2017. While President Trump seemed to act solely out of humanitarian concern, his decision sent a clear message around the world and to all America's enemies, that the United States is back, strong as it ever once was, and willing to act with its military might should it prove necessary.

On Tuesday, April 4th, U.S. and foreign intelligence agencies tracked Syrian SU-22 jets leaving Al Shayrat Airbase, for Idlib Province, where one jet dropped a sarin bomb in the middle of Kahn Sheikhoun. Eighty-seven people were killed, including 26 children, and 546 more were deathly sick and injured.

Approximately 600,000 Syrians have been killed by conventional warfare in the Syrian Civil War, but Assad's use of sarin changed the entire world's view of the situation. The horrors of chemical weapons used in WWI have long convinced civilized nations to ban their use through treaties such as the Chemical Weapons Convention, because they kill everyone within range in a most horrific manner.

Unlike former President Obama, whose fear created failed policies, President Trump did something tangible to respond to Assad's atrocities, even after Russia warned the United States against any strike on Syria at the United Nations, and at 8:40 p.m. EST 59 Tomahawk cruise missiles were launched from the destroyers USS Ross and USS Porter. They hit Al Shayrat's infrastructure in Homs Province, air defense systems and ammunition bunkers, and they destroyed approximately 25 aircraft of the 7th Wing of the Syrian Air Force.

After the cruise missile strikes, President Trump stated: "No child of God should suffer such horror. ... It is in this vital national security interest of the United States to prevent and deter the spread and use of deadly chemical weapons. ... We pray ... for the souls of those who passed ... Good night and God Bless America and the entire world."

Most of the world's nations embraced President Trump's missile strike as a necessary move, and Prime Minister Theresa May's office said the action was "an appropriate response to the barbaric chemical weapons attack." France, Italy and Israel also welcomed the strikes.

Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said: "President Trump sent a strong and clear message today that the use and spread of chemical weapons will not be tolerated. Israel fully supports President Trump's decision and hopes that this message of resolve in the face of the Assad regime's horrific actions will resonate not only in Damascus, but Tehran, Pyongyang and elsewhere."

While an originalist reading of Constitution has many in the public and in Congress questioning President Trump's authority to use immediate military force to counter foreign threats, President Trump's action against Assad's heinous sarin attack, undertaken as a second step to prevent the spread and repeated use of chemical weapons, is perfectly consistent with the Constitution, especially so, since U.S. troops are in nearby proximity. In the relevant part of the War Powers Act passed by Congress in 1973, the President is permitted to launch a military act on his own, as long as he notifies or consults Congress within 48 hours. Trump acted within these guidelines.

However, America would do well to recall that U.S. Presidents like Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton and Barack Obama are responsible for the rise of the Islamofascists, like the Ayatollah Khomeini and the subsequent Iranian nuclear program, embedding Hamas in the Palestinian territories; and most recently, Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton pushed the Arab [Islamic, Muslim Brotherhood, Al Qaeda] Spring and their "democracy" initiative, which has toppled one strong man after another, undoing the entire Middle East and paving the way for the Islamic State in both Iraq and Syria and creating general chaos.

Without oil resources, Syria has never really been of too much concern to the United States, other than being a thorn in our side due to its alliance with Iran, support of Islamofascist Hezbollah and Hamas terrorists and its own pursuit of nuclear weapons, confirmed in 2007. It doesn't seek to control the Persian Gulf or dominate the region, unlike Iran.

It should be noted here, that generals of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard have said they stand prepared to retaliate against America for its strike on Al Shayrat. They claim to have thousands of Iranian "sleeper agents" in the U.S. just waiting for a call to arms.

Assad's opposition is primarily the Islamofascists of the Muslim Brotherhood and the Islamic State, and if they gain control of Syria, the country and its people will face even more heinous atrocities. The Syrian Free Army is no much better, being comprised of anti-American, pro-Hamas Muslims, who are content to accept U.S. funding, if it can place them in control of Syria.

Due to the Muslim Brotherhood's own brutal nature, their brutality has been met with extreme overkill measures, since the Baath Party rose to power in Syria in 1963. In 1982, a Sunni Islamist rebellion was murderously crushed by Bashar's father, Hafez Assad, that left 20,000 people dead. Bashar's insane use of sarin gas is the last crime against humanity by a desperate despot.

Prior to the uprising in Deraa [aka Daraa] in March 2011, Syria had become a proper nation-state with a sense of Saryana (Syrianhood) that had never before existed, and it was evident it Syria's literature, television, journalism and its own version of Arabic. Assad's regime had improved access to higher education and health care services, and he had helped to create a new urban middle class with Western-style political aspirations. Agriculture and handicraft industries had revived and were unrestrained by the government. And the Christian population flourished under Assad's secular authoritarian regime. This all changed through international interference.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said President Vladimir Putin views the U.S. strike as an "aggression against a sovereign state in violation of international law [that] deals a significant blow to Russia-U.S. relations".

Just how wonderful has Russia turning a blind-eye to Syria's sarin stock been for U.S.-Russia relations? Russia supposedly assisted in the destruction of Assad's chemical weapons stores, but since 2015, Russia has repeatedly obfuscated evidence of new chemical attacks by Assad's regime.

A few hours before the strike, United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley stated: "Russia cannot escape responsibility for this. They chose to close their eyes to the barbarity. They defied the conscience of the world."

Both America's and Russia's interests center more on ending the Syrian Civil War than on any one particular political future for Damascus; but, the sarin attacks have renewed calls for Assad's removal. Of greater importance, the focus of America and the free world and Russia must be unified on eradicating the Islamic State [Daesh] and the Islamofascists who are destabilizing the entire region.

President Trump acted contrary to the popular consensus and what most presidents would have done. He attacked Syria solely for humanitarian reasons. Now he must clearly articulate the mission ahead and America's interests in this war, since there isn't any nation with the capacity to fix Syria's problems. Getting rid of Assad will most assuredly be hard and have serious consequences, but America's new, strong and determined President Trump has shown his willingness to effectively counter the world's dictators, and he will not tolerate egregious, inhuman chemical weapons attacks on innocent civilians.

Mark Tapson writes a combination review of a book and a promotion for speaking engagement. The combo relates to Nonie Darwish, a former Muslim that converted to Christianity. The book is entitled “Wholly Different: Why I Chose Biblical Values Over Islamic Values”. The speaking engagement has passed as it was scheduled for April 6, 2017.

You can tell from the book title that Ms. Darwish provides a very effective contrast between Christian-Biblical values and Islamic values. I haven’t read the book yet, but it sounds like an excellent tool for a Christian to have to combat Muslim Apologists and Multiculturalist Leftists.

NONIE DARWISH DEMOLISHES FALSE EQUIVALENCE BETWEEN CHRISTIANITY AND ISLAM

Her new book clarifies which is the real “Religion of Peace.”

By Mark Tapson

For readers in the Southern California area, Nonie Darwish will be speaking on her new book Wholly Different: Why I Chose Biblical Values Over Islamic Values this Thursday, April 6, at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Get more information on the event and your tickets here.

Several years ago I was expressing to a friend of mine what I assumed was the undeniable fact that the world has an Islam problem. Her kneejerk response, ingrained by years of Progressive indoctrination, was, “But don’t you think Christianity is just as bad?”

Tragically, this continues to be the instinct among the multiculturalist multitudes in the West: a reflexive defense of Islam and an equally swift condemnation of Christianity. As jihad in all its forms – violent, cultural, legal – advances in the West, willfully blind defenders of Islam keep insisting that it is one of the world’s great Abrahamic religions, that all religions have extremists, and that, if anything, the colonialism and intolerance of the Christian West is the bigger problem. Our cultural elites demonize and fear-monger about the Christian right in ways they would never dream of characterizing Muslims.

Meanwhile Islam’s presence multiplies across the West as Christianity’s diminishes. To cite just one example: Giulio Meotti at the Gatestone Institute reports that since 2001, London alone has lost 500 churches of all denominations, with 423 new mosques springing up to replace them. As we face the momentum of an Islamized West in the future, the question “Isn’t Christianity just as bad?” has become one of paramount, existential importance.

Nonie Darwish, a former Muslim and now Christian convert, demolishes that moral equivalence in her new book Wholly Different: Why I Chose Biblical Values Over Islamic Values. She has proven in the past with her books Now They Call Me Infidel, Cruel and Usual Punishment, and The Devil We Don’t Know that she is a fearless crusader for truth against the apologists of Islam and the enemies of Christianity, and this book is her most forceful testament yet.

Ms. Darwish begins Wholly Different by noting that it wasn’t until she emigrated from Egypt to America that she began to get a clear perspective on the Islamic values she had accepted unquestioningly for the first thirty years of her life – values that she came to see “are diametrically opposed to Biblical moral values.” Her life under Islam “was a constant struggle to survive and placate a system that was unforgiving and unaccepting of anything less than total surrender of my humanity, dignity, and privacy – in other words, my life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness.”

But her introduction to Christianity was transformative. “When I became Christian and heard for the first time that we human beings were made in the image of God, I wept. I was in awe at the honor, after being given shame and little value under Islam,” which is “not about transforming hearts and renewing minds; it is about conquering lands and enslaving minds.”

“While the overriding theme of the Bible is the redemption and happiness of believers,” she adds, “the overriding theme of Islam’s holy book is punishing non-believers.”

Her new life where those principles life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness were at the center of the American Way showed her that “the differences between moral and immoral, good and bad, honor and dishonor, and success and failure were totally different” here. “In the West I found my peace and humanity because of Biblical values that are the foundation of Western society”:

Not too many people notice that Biblical values are everywhere in America, even among those who call themselves secular, non-religious, or atheist. But I see Biblical values everywhere here. There is no other explanation for how different life in America is from life in the Islamic world.

[]

It is unfortunate that many Americans take Biblical values for granted, assuming that kindness, honesty, and joy are the norm, with or without the Bible. Those of us who grew up in the parts of the world beyond the influence of the Bible know better. Biblical values are the product of the Bible, and they cannot be preserved separate from the Bible.

Darwish goes on to enumerate a list of differences between Biblical and Islamic values that she has personally witnessed. She breaks down these and literally dozens of other dichotomies throughout the book:

We Are All Sinners vs. They Are All Sinners
Life is Sacred vs. Death is Worship
Guided by the Holy Spirit vs. Manipulated by Human Terror
God the Redeemer vs. Allah the Humiliator
Jesus Died for Us vs. We Must Die for Allah
The Truth Will Set You Free vs. Lying is an Obligation
Faith vs. Submission

Darwish proceeds to hold up the two sets of religious values as mirror-opposites of each other, with virtually no common ground. She makes no attempt to whitewash Islam, which she refers to as “a cult of death,” and she pulls no punches in presenting it as Christianity’s mortal enemy. “Everything God tells us in the Bible that He loves, Islam has set out to destroy. Islamic values are backward, the opposite to what every Jew and Christian holds dear The Koran represents a negative power, a dark and subversive force that relentlessly challenges the authority of the Bible and God Himself.”

“The flame of the Islamic rebellion against the Bible has been burning for fourteen hundred years,” Darwish continues. “It is fueled by terrorism, but also by intentional misinformation, propaganda, and lies.”

From praising versus cursing, from creating wealth versus seizing it, from seeking humility versus seeking power, from the example of Jesus to the example of Muhammad, to the differing takes of Christianity and Islam on the seven sins and the Ten Commandments, on reality and mental health, and on family values and feminism, Darwish draws a detailed picture of an incompatible pair of value systems embroiled in a worldwide culture clash. And one of them falls short in every respect: “Islam has failed to provide its followers with a comprehensive and well-integrated value system or with examples of true holiness and godliness. The behavior and character of Muhammad certainly do not qualify.”

“Islam lacks confidence in itself,” Darwish asserts, and thus “the mere existence of a freely chosen competing faith threatens Islam at its very core Thus the Bible has become the number one threat to Islam’s ability to prevail.” That is why a book like Wholly Different is such a vital reminder in our time of the vast gulf between the two religions’ sets of values. As Islam wages genocide against Christians in the Middle East and pursues cultural jihad throughout the West, Christianity wrestles internally with a paralyzing identity crisis. There is no more time for self-doubt, no more time for “Coexist” bumper stickers and wishful thinking, no more time for appeasement. What our choice comes down to, Ms. Darwish’s book reminds us, is this: “The values of the Bible lead to peace, prosperity, life, liberty, and happiness. Islamic values will take any society to Hell.” Time to make our choice.

Mysteriously WND has removed this title from their online publication: “Truth emerges in sex assault of 5-year-old by Muslim refugees”. The link that came with the email update times out. Searching the WND website will tell you the article is non-existent. (I discovered today just before posting, the email alert link with the above title now goes to a WND article dated 4/5/17. WND stamped a 4/7/17 update on it and stuck with the 4/5 title which is “TOWN WHERE MUSLIMS ASSAULTED 5-YEAR-OLD WANTS MORE REFUGEES: WND, Breitbart vindicated in case that brought accusations of fake news”. This is an informative article but I still am disappointed WND didn’t use the “Truth emerges ” title.)

I did a Google Search of the same title hoping someone else picked up the WND title – NOTHING – ZIP – ZERO showed up. What did show up is a lot of labeling of the story of a 5-year old little girl from Idaho being raped by three Muslim refugee boys was fake news.

5-yr old victim of Muslim Boy Refugee rapists

I found a  GOPUSA.com article on the subject dated 4/6/17at 6:55 am entitled, “Refugee Minors Plead Guilty to Sexual Assault of Child Age 5”. The GOPUSA.com pages sources a Twin Falls newspaper: The Times-News (Twin Falls, Idaho). Unfortunately, the source link does not go The Times-News by name, rather the link goes to the GOPUSA Staff page.

After Googling “The Times-News,” I found a local website called MagicValley.com. The GOPUSA title does not work there. However after doing MagicValley.com search on the 5-year old rape victim, a very informative story does come up but under the title, “Prosecutor: Boys in Fawnbrook case plead guilty”. This title is not close to the WND title or the GOPUSA title. AND note there is no inkling Islam, Muslim or Refugees.

I have to wonder what reason caused WND to remove their title.

Then Lo & Behold, I found a Pamela Geller article entitled, “BREAKING: Sad Update to Five-Year-Old Idaho Girl Raped by Muslim Migrants.” The article website is at TruthFeed.com. It is similar to the WND title yet still different. The Truth Feed article goes to a point and then the very end reads “You can read more here.” The read more goes to PamelaGeller.com but it is a past post on the 5-year old victim entitled, “Pamela Geller, WND: Idaho State officials mistreat girl, 5, raped by Muslim migrants.” The Geller article is dated 11/21/16.

On a lark, I did a search on the WND title at the Geller website and came up empty handed. The Geller article from Truth Feed came up with nothing as well.

I am sensing more cover-up to the benefit of the Muslim Refugee boy rapists. But in full disclosure, the boys’ guilty pleas were essentially a slap on a wrist coupled with the fact they are minors. My guess is they will be reunited with their Refugee families and their records hidden from the public. As minors, there is a strong probability their sealed juvie records will be expunged sometime during their adulthood between ages 18 and 21.

The five-year old victim is stuck with psychiatrist/medical bills that may or may not help her in her adult life. Meaning, she needs prayer.

I was cross posting the Geller article from Truth Feed but I found a more detailed report from Mad World News (MWN). The MagicValley.com article will be first followed by MWN. If there is a cover-up, both articles may disappear. Since MagicValley.com is a local newspaper with an online presence, there is a good chance the article will be archived only accessible to subscribers.

Prosecutor: Boys in Fawnbrook case plead guilty

By ALEX RIGGINS (ariggins@magicvalley.com)

TWIN FALLS — Three boys involved in a June assault on a 5-year-old girl at the Fawnbrook Apartments in Twin Falls pleaded guilty Tuesday to felonies.

The victim’s family and their lawyer approved the settlements reached in each of the three cases, Twin Falls County Prosecutor Grant Loebs said in a statement.

“I am pleased that we were able to resolve this case in a way that was approved and agreed to by the victim’s family,” Loebs said. “This continues to be a serious and sad case, but it was resolved properly.”

“We agreed to the plea bargains. That by no means implies my clients were, or are, fully satisfied with the outcome of these cases or the prosecuting attorney,” Mark Guerry, the attorney representing the victim’s family, said in emails to the Idaho Statesman.

“After 10 months their right to some form of justice was long overdue. ... They were prepared to testify at a trial or enter into to plea agreements months ago. More importantly, no convictions or mere words in statements could ever mitigate the unrelenting trauma and grief their little daughter now suffers as a result of this vicious sexual assault.”

The incident touched off months of turmoil in Twin Falls after the story was spun into a fake news account that exaggerated or flat-out falsified many of the details, including that a knife was present, the attack was perpetrated by a Syrian gang of adult men, that a rape had occurred and that the attack was celebrated by the perpetrators’ families as city officials orchestrated a cover-up.

In fact, police and prosecutors said, there was no rape, no knife was present, and the incident involved young boys. Officials characterized the incident as a sexual assault and say each say each agency involved followed proper protocol.

The boys were charged not long after the June 2 incident, and later that month their families were evicted from the apartment complex.

A GoFundMe page started by the mother of the victim has raised more than $72,000, with a goal to raise $100,000. The mother, who refers to her family in the third person when posting on the site, added her most recent update Tuesday morning.

“Today is the day!” the post said. “We find out what happens and when the kids start there (sic) sentence and what they get charged with. Please pray!!!! Also if you can share the campaign and donate so we can reach the goal for this family. They deserve justice and praying that happens today.”

After an investigation, two boys ages 14 and 10 were detained and charged. A third boy involved in the incident, age 7, was charged later. The youngest boy is from Iraq and the two older boys, who are brothers, are from Eritrea, an African country. The boys are from refugee families, but its unclear how long they’ve been in the community.

What actually happened during the incident remains unclear because the case was sealed to the public, typical in juvenile cases, especially those involving allegations of sexual misconduct.

Prosecutors said one of the boys touched the girl in the laundry facilities of Fawnbrook, a low-income housing complex in Twin Falls, while another boy recorded the assault on a cellphone video camera.

One boy pleaded guilty to felony exploitation of a child and misdemeanor battery. A second boy pleaded guilty of aiding and abetting felony lewd conduct and aiding and abetting misdemonear battery. The third boy pleaded guilty to a charge of accessory to the commission of a felony.

The boys will be sentenced at a later date. Loebs declined to say what the possible sentences are in the case.

The 14- and 10-year-old boys charged in the assault were released from juvenile custody in late June.

“As I said last summer, just like with any other case this is going to be handled by the justice system, and this is the next step in that process,” Mayor Shawn Barigar said shortly after hearing the news Tuesday.

From the beginning, refugee opponents accused police of mishandling the investigation. Those claims garnered the attention of national figures on the far right, including Brigitte Gabriel, head of Act for America, who came to Twin Falls to speak about what she perceives as a coordinated Muslim plan to take over Western societies.

But Police Chief Craig Kingsbury said Tuesday his officers handled the case like they do any other report of lewd conduct with a child.

“I’ve always felt that we followed proper protocol and procedure,” Kingsbury said.

In June, the police chief outlined the way such cases are generally handled and said his officers don’t interview juvenile victims or perpetrators of sex crimes. Those interviews are left to “properly trained forensic interviewers” at St. Luke’s Children at Risk Evaluation Services.

“The questions and question formulation when interviewing young victims is so important,” the chief said in June. “We don’t want to do anything that’s going to re-victimize — we don’t want this child to have to tell that story more than once, if we can help it — and we also don’t want to do anything that’s going to jeopardize the prosecution if an officer or detective were to improperly formulate questions.”

“There are no winners or losers in cases like this,” Kingsbury said Tuesday. “I think we just need to continue to focus on the victim, and victims in these types of incidents, especially here in April, child abuse prevention month. We need to do right by all our child victims.”

The assault happened in the wake of local debate over whether to close the College of Southern Idaho Refugee Center and at a time when refugee resettlement was a topic of debate in the presidential race and internationally, and the story spread quickly in the right-wing and anti-Muslim blogosphere. Authorities released some details about the case — a highly unusual step in a sexual assault case in which everyone involved is a minor — in an apparent effort to quell the outcry and counter inaccurate versions of the story that were circulating.

Many of these sources accused the city, law enforcement and local media of trying to cover up what had happened, and city officials were inundated with angry phone calls and emails and a handful of violent threats. Chobani, whose factory employs many refugees, was another target of anti-refugee anger, with some seeking to link the refugee program’s existence to the labor needs of Chobani and other large local employers.

By the end of the summer, Lee Stranahan, a reporter for the conservative news website Breitbart, and Julie DeWolfe, a vocal resettlement critic in Twin Falls, started a group aimed to fight globalism with populism and planned to start a “microbusiness incubator.” But plans for the “Make Your Hometown Great Again” group apparently never came to fruition.

College of Southern Idaho Refugee Center director Zeze Rwasama said Tuesday afternoon he hadn’t heard the latest news about the Fawnbrook case.

But he said the center took the case “very seriously” and condemns that kind of behavior.

“Whatever happened is not what we — as people helping the refugees resettle — something that we would think that it’s OK,” Rwasama said. “It is not.”

After the Fawnbrook case, the Refugee Center partnered with a behavioral agency to hold therapy groups with school-aged refugee children who’d recently arrived in Twin Falls “so they understand that type of behavior isn’t acceptable,” Rwasama said.

It was part of a program children regularly attend on Wednesdays after school.

Whenever something happens like the Fawnbrook case, the Refugee Center’s action is to “create a program that would give some more education to the kids,” Rwasama said. “We want to prevent any behavior that may be violating the law.”

Clarification: An earlier version of this story identified Chobani founder Hamdi Ulukaya as a Muslim. WhileUlukaya was raised in a Kurdish village in Turkey, a Muslim-majority country, he has not publicly identified as a Muslim.

Parents Of Idaho Girl Molested By Muslims Tortured By New SICK Surprise

By Rebecca Diserio

March 28, 2017

Mad World News

In June 2016, a five-year-old Twin Falls, Idaho girl was sexually assaulted by three Muslim boys, aged 7, 10, and 14 years old while the oldest videoed the attack. They stripped her and urinated in her mouth while molesting her in ways that shocked the small Idaho community. Now, the parents are speaking out about the court case, revealing a new sick surprise that is causing them a lot of grief. This will piss you off.

Lacy Peterson and her husband Levi have endured nearly 10 months of hell since the horrendous incident that brought them into the news when their special needs daughter, Jayla, was molested by three Muslims boys at the Fawnbrook Apartments in Twin Falls, Idaho.

Lacy & Jayla Peterson

The molestation was witnessed by Jolene Payne, an 89-year-old retired nurse who saw a 14-year-old boy from Sudan filming the assault in progress inside the laundry room. Two other boys, ages 7 and 10 from Iraq, were inside the room with the little girl, all three with their clothes off, while the older boy shot the video.

Although leftist media tried to cover the heinous crime, denying a rape occurred and calling many outlets “fake news” for covering it, Breitbart has most recently reported, “New allegations against ten-year-old boy who was involved in the June 2 attack were revealed in court on Thursday afternoon, alleging the boy both anally and orally penetrated the five-year-old, in addition to urinating on her. Previously, it had only been known that a seven-year-old boy had orally penetrated the girl and urinated on her.”

You would think that after your precious daughter endured something that no little girl ever should, justice would be swift and harsh. In a sick twist, that’s not what happened. The parents report that something happened that they never saw coming. Not only have they had to endure the molestation and rape to their daughter, but the powerful liberals in the community have sided with the Muslim refugees who allegedly sexually assaulted her.

These liberal nutjobs want everyone to embrace the Muslim refugees. Right after it happened, the liberal media helped the leftist mayor by reporting it was not “Syrians,” and even going as far as to say it “did not happen.” Sure, it was not Syrians, the 7 and 10-year-old are from Iraq and the 14-year-old is from Sudan. However, the fact remains that they are Muslim refugees. And now, we are finding out that the innocent child was, indeed, raped.

The case is set for a pre-trial hearing on Monday, March 27th, and one Twin Falls city councilman, Chris Talkington, went so far as to brand the concerned citizens who want to stop taking Muslim refugees into their community as “white supremacists.”

Shawn Barigar, the mayor of Twin Falls, also came to the defense of the refugees, giving an extended lecture to residents at a city council meeting, warning them against spreading false information. The only people spreading false information are the liberal nutjobs like this councilman, mayor, and mainstream media.

We have been treated horribly,” Lacy Peterson said. “The way I feel, our case has been pushed under the rug and soon to be forgotten about. Since June, we moved into a house that we can hardly even afford. We were totally fine in the apartments until now.”

She continued, “I don’t think it’s fair that us Americans get to struggle and work hard and live paycheck-to-paycheck and pray to make bills,” adding, “And the refugees get to have everything handed to them.” It’s sick to think that a little American girl would be vilified by her own community. What is wrong with these scumbags who refuse to support this little girl who needs their help?

This story is so important to the liberal rags that the failing New York Times just sent a reporter to Twin Falls to cover the trial. Get ready for the spin from the left as they turn their backs on the little American girl in favor of the Muslim refugees just to make a point. This all goes back to their agenda to keep our borders open and deny President Donald Trump any type of travel ban.

What idiots they truly are, hurting a little girl in this case and sacrificing American safety, all so the United States ends up just like Europe, ripe with Muslim ghettos where terrorists live who want us dead. Only then will they be truly satisfied; that’s how these liberal rats roll.

Intro to Sutliff ‘The Deceitful Misinformation that Created a TRO’

By Paul Sutliff

Intro by John R. Houk, Blog Editor

Posted 4/4/17

Does anyone notice that activist Judges and Dem Party House and Senate members cry that President Trump’s travel ban Executive Orders are unconstitutional BUT don’t actually cite where in the Constitution they base that accusation?

They CAN NOT because NO such citation will be found. When the Left screams unconstitutional it typically is based on Leftist ideology and a false premise that Leftist values are American values. For that matter, there is not one iota of Left Wing values that can be supported in the Original Intent of the Founding Fathers’ eventual ratified document called the U.S. Constitution or the first 10 Amendments labeled the Bill of Rights!

I have little doubt a Lefty will fabricate some kind of Living Constitution as if it was in the U.S. Constitution; however, note that such a citation will have little to do with the Constitution and more to do with the Dem view that current environment and Activist Judge case law is the Constitution.

With this Living Constitution baloney in mind, Hawaiian US District Judge Derrick Watson amended his mid-March original Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) against the latest Trump Executive Order (EO) to fit the Hawaiian Attorney General’s idiotic Living Constitution objections to extend the judicial order longer than the original:

HONOLULU — A federal judge in Hawaii decided Wednesday to extend his order blocking President Donald Trump's travel ban.

US District Judge Derrick Watson issued the longer-lasting hold on the ban just hours after hearing arguments.

Hawaii says the policy discriminates against Muslims and hurts the state's tourist-dependent economy. The implied message in the revised ban is like a "neon sign flashing 'Muslim ban, Muslim ban'" that the government didn't bother to turn off, state Attorney General Douglas Chin told the judge.

Extending the temporary order until the state's lawsuit was resolved would READ THE REST (Hawaii judge extends temporary restraining order against Trump's revised travel ban; By Jennifer Sinco Kelleher, Associated Press; Business Insider; 3/29/17 11:14 PM)

Paul Sutliff believes the Hawaiian AG fed Judge Watson a pack of lies. That is significant because this Judge based his ruling on AG Chin’s information. Below is Paul’s analysis.

The Deceitful Misinformation that Created a TRO

AG Chin Misinforms Federal Judge

When evidence exists to prove a state attorney general purposefully misinformed a federal judge whether IN COURT or through paperwork as to what evidence exists to support a stand against the President of the United States what is this called? Is it perjury?

Hawaii AG Doug Chin was not under oath, but there is an expectation of professionalism and truthfulness when presenting before a judge whether through passing of papers OR standing and presenting a case! So why did he misinform Judge Derrick Watson about the statistics related to the University of Hawai’i.

AG Chin claimed that if Trump’s order restricting travel of those from 6 countries were to be enforced, the University of Hawai’i would suffer financially.

that any prospective recruits who are without visas as of March 16, 2017 will not be able to travel to Hawaii to attend the University. As a result, the University will not be able to collect the tuition that those students would have paid. (http://www.hid.uscourts.gov/docs/orders/DKW_order.pdf)

Judge Watson’s TRO cited AG Douglass Chin's additional claim that if the ban goes into effect it will likely cause the closing of the Persian Literature, Language and Culture Program.

So what are the actual statistics? I filed a FOIA request with the University of Hawai’i to find out.

According to the University of Hawai’i the entire University system has 13,352 students. Of those 13,352 students only, 43% of the student body as a whole were Iranian. One student came from Libya. One from Somalia and one from Yemen. In all 61 students at the University of Hawai’i would be effected through President Trump’s Executive Order. IF THEY WERE NOT ALREADY HERE!

Attorney General Douglass Chin made a claim that a drop in these students’ ability to attend classes would likely close the Persian Language, Linguistics and Culture Program courses. Only 52 students in total are enrolled in these courses taught by two professors. If AG Chin had a chance to find a negative effect against the University of Hawaii this was it. In all 4 students would be effected. Those four are from Iran, bringing the percentage of students effected of those that attend to 8%.

This brings us to asking simple and important questions. How could Hawaii State Attorney General not have access to this information? It took me one week to obtain it and I live in New York. This brings us back to, is it allowable for an attorney to purposefully withhold information for the purpose of misinforming a judge.

Attorneys Joel Cohen and Danielle Alfonso Walsman wrote about just this type of thing in the New York Law Journal on June 1, 2009 in an article entitled Asking for Trouble: When Lawyers Lie to Judges.

One of the first and most obvious things we learn as lawyers, and, indeed, the disciplinary rules make clear, is that lawyers must follow the same instructions given to clients in preparation for testimony: You cannot ever lie in court! And if a false representation is made to the court, even unintentionally, a lawyer who later realizes his error is affirmatively required to take reasonable measures to remedy the statement.

I do not know if Attorney General Douglass Chin considers his filing for a TRO against President Trump’s executive order a place he should be allowed to create misinformation to prove his point, but in either case these statistics prove that the TRO is at least partially established on false and misleading information. If the Judge had not bothered to pre-write his decision, he could have easily verified the information I am sharing and in so doing exposed AG Chin as not being wholly truthful in court.

The sad truth then is that this is likely evidence of collusion between the Hawaii AG and the Judge Derrick Watson. If Judge Derrick Watson had not come to the bench with a pre-judgment, he likely would have checked the statistical claims of the AG.

Ted Belman has a solution for the Israel/(fake)Palestine conflict that I find appealing. However, it’s solution that the Arabs pretending to non-existent Palestinians and the Jordanian royal family will not jump on board.

Belman joins the Jordan Opposition Coalition (JOC) to propose allowing Arab Palestinians to emigrate to Jordan with full citizenship making Jordan a Palestinian homeland and eliminate the governance of the Hashemite Royal Family (Wikipedia [neutral], Family Security Matters [hostile], Correct Islamic Faith International Association [or CIFIA – Conspiracy]) and HistoryFile.co.uk [Favorable History]  that purports a family tree traced back to pseudo-prophet Muhammad.

The Ultimate Alternate Israel-Palestine Solution

By Ted Belman

April 1, 2017 1:15 am ET

Israpundit

With a new U.S. president, new ideas are emerging on how to resolve the Israel-Palestine debacle. One of the most promising comes from the Jordanian Opposition Council who favor a new Palestinian state — in Jordan.

The GOP unanimously approved a pro-Israel platform at their convention in July 2016 which stipulated:

“The U.S. seeks to assist in the establishment of comprehensive and lasting peace in the Middle East, to be negotiated among those living in the region,”

David Friedman and Jason Greenblatt, representing Donald Trump, participated in the drafting and were in complete agreement with the final text.

Gone was any reference to the Palestinian people or to a two-state solution. In addition, the platform included the words “We reject the false notion that Israel is an occupier.” If not an “occupier,” then presumably Israel is a sovereign.

Accordingly, the search is on for an alternate solution. Such a solution could take inspiration from the short-lived Feisal/Weizmann Agreement of 1919. The essence of this agreement was that Palestine as it then was, was to be divided into two states, one for the Arabs and one for the Jews. Chaim Weizmann on behalf of the Jews agreed to help develop the Arab state and Emir Feisal agreed to welcome Jewish settlement in the Jewish state and favored friendly cooperative relations.

Although the British didn’t breathe life into this agreement, they did separate Trans-Jordan from Palestine in 1922 with the Jordan River being the boundary between them. Trans-Jordan (Jordan) thus got 78% of the lands promised to the Jews. The remaining 22% consisting of the land between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean was to be the Jewish state. This was enshrined in the Palestine Mandate signed by the League of Nations in 1922.

On June 30, 1922, a joint resolution of both Houses of Congress of the United States unanimously endorsed the “Mandate for Palestine,” confirming the irrevocable right of Jews to settle in Palestine—anywhere between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea.

With respect to the Arabs living in Jewish Palestine, the Congressional Record contained the following:

“(2) That if they will not consent to Jewish government and domination, they shall be required to sell their lands at a just valuation and retire into the Arab territory which has been assigned to them by the League of Nations in the general reconstruction of the countries of the east.

(3) That if they will not consent to Jewish government and domination, under conditions of right and justice, or to sell their lands at a just valuation and to retire into their own countries, they shall be driven from Palestine by force.”

The US was not a member of the League of Nations at this time. In order to be able to protect American interests in Palestine, she entered into the 1924 Anglo-American Convention in which the U.S. bound itself to the terms of the Mandate. This of course meant the recognition of Jewish right to close settlement of Palestine and that all of Palestine was to be the Jewish homeland.

Since then, there were a number of unsuccessful attempts, contrary to the terms of the Mandate, to further divide Jewish Palestine into two states. UN General Assembly Resolution 181, passed in 1947, recommended partition, but was rejected by the Arabs. The Jews on the other hand took advantage of it and declared their independence in 1948. Israel owes its independence to that declaration and not to Resolution 181, which was only a recommendation, precipitating the move.

Nothing has happened of any legal consequence since, to cancel the right of the Jews to settle and be sovereign over all the land to the Jordan River.

To date Israel has been reluctant to claim sovereignty over these lands as the Arabs living there would then demand citizenship resulting in a binational state. This is unacceptable to most Israelis. They also reject the two-state solution.

So what is the alternative?

Consider for a moment, that if Jordan agrees to grant citizenship to all Palestinians, as their law currently provides, and invites the return of all of them to live and work in Jordan, the conflict would soon be ended. While King Abdullah isn’t about to do so, the Jordan Opposition Coalition (JOC) would. This coalition represents all opposition groups in Jordan that back a secular state. The JOC since its creation six years ago has supported good relations with Israel. It does not include groups that support terrorism. This alliance has agreed to work together in order to form the government of Jordan should King Abdullah abdicate. Although at least 75% of Jordanians are Palestinians, the King has disenfranchised them to a great extent in favor of the ethnic Hashemites and Bedouins.

The JOC has produced a detailed plan, Operation “Jordan in Palestine,” which clearly identifies their goals and the operational steps needed to implement their plan. Copies are available upon request.

All that is necessary for this to come to pass is for the U.S. to instruct the king, who currently spends most of his time outside Jordan, to not return home. Then it would arrange for the Jordanian army, which it controls, to support the next popular Palestinian uprising, and to designate who among them would form the interim government.

The JOC, puts it this way:

This plan seeks to execute a feasible two-state solution where Jordan is the natural homeland for all Palestinians, and Israel becomes sovereign over all soil west to the River Jordan. This could only happen if the corrupt, terror-supporting and double-speaking Hashemite royal family leaves Jordan. The Palestinians often revolt against the regime but the king’s police force puts them down. The American media ignore this solution to the unrest in Jordan.

What is needed is for the U.S. to influence the Jordanian army and security agency to stand with the revolution the next time it breaks out. The security agencies and army are already securing the country without any influence from the king who is mostly abroad. Under these conditions, the king would not return. Once that happens an interim government of secular Palestinians who want peace with Israel could be appointed.

Once the interim government is installed, it will strengthen the economy by stopping theft of government money and ending corruption. It will fully enfranchise the Palestinians. All Palestinians around the world would be welcomed to return to Jordan pursuant the current Jordanian citizenship act, which already recognizes all Palestinians as citizens of Jordan. Many Palestinians will emigrate to Jordan in part because many have family members and friends living in Jordan. Work opportunities as well as a rewarding benefits/welfare system will be made available to them by the new interim government as further inducement.

Israel, with many international partners, including the U.S., could finance the building of a new Jordanian city of 1 million people. This would greatly stimulate the Jordanian economy and would provide work for the returning Palestinians. The new homes could be made available to the returnees and locals at subsidized prices further incentivizing people to return. The ending of King Abdullah’s discrimination against Palestinians living in Jordan, would also contribute to making Jordan a desired immigration destination.

Michael Ross, a Republican, wrote after the election of Donald Trump, “Trump Must Speak to Mudar Zahran” because Zahran offers the alternate solution that Pres Trump is looking for.

As part of this solution, all Palestinian refugees enrolled with UN Relief And Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East could be repatriated to Jordan and given citizenship. Thus UNRWA could be wound up and the current UNRWA funding could be transferred to Jordan to assist in the resettlement.

According to Moshe Feiglin, the head of the Zehut Party in Israel, the Oslo Accords have cost Israel over 1 trillion shekels since they were signed. In addition, Israel has borne the cost of three military campaigns in Gaza. Finally, Israel supplies to the Palestinians their energy, water and sewage treatment for free or at greatly subsidized prices.

Last summer, Feiglin proposed a Solution in which Israel extends Israeli law from the Mediterranean to the Jordan:

We will give the Arab population in those territories three options: The first is voluntary emigration with the aid of a generous emigration grant. The second is permanent residency, similar to the “Green Card” status in the US – not like what is currently the practice in East Jerusalem. This status will be offered to those Arabs who publicly declare their loyalty to the State of Israel as the state of the Jewish Nation. We will safeguard their human rights and will not do anything like we did to ourselves in Gush Katif. The third option will be reserved for relatively few Arabs, and only in accordance with Israeli interests. Those who tie their fate to the fate of the Jewish Nation, like the Druze, can enter a long-term process of attaining citizenship.

Martin Sherman has published a similar plan which he calls the “Humanitarian Solution” as opposed to a strictly political solution. He summarized all his writings in support of such a plan and published them here.

With an estimated $300,000 per family grant, both he and Feiglin have estimated that incentivized compensated emigration will cost Israel over $200 billion USD but both argue it is feasible and worth doing.

The repatriation of Palestinians to Jordan, as proposed by JOC, would greatly facilitate the Palestinian emigration and greatly reduce the grants needed to incentivize it. UNRWA and the Palestinian Authority would both be wound up.

1.75 million Palestinians live in Judea and Samaria (West Bank). The 800,000 Arabs in Hebron, Nablus, Ramallah, and Bethlehem could remain there as Jorandian citizens. Ramallah is only 42 miles from Amman, the capital of Jordan. A new highway could be built connecting all these cities to Amman. The rest would have to be transferred to Jordan.

The 1.8 million Palestinians living in Gaza, of which 1.3 million are registered as refugees, would be incentivized to emigrate to Jordan. After enough leave, Israel could extend its sovereignty to Gaza thereby ending that perennial problem.

Considering the subsidies that the West provides to UNRWA, Gaza and the PA, this would be a bargain. Given that JOC has tied its fate to Israel, Israel would be happy to contribute to such a solution as the present conflict costs her hundreds of millions of dollars annually.

It really is that simple. There is much more that can be said in support of it.

Prof. Hillel Frisch, a senior research associate at the Begin-Sadat Center for Strategic Studies and Yitzhak Sokoloff, a fellow of the Ingeborg Rennert Center for Jerusalem Studies at Bar-Ilan University recently wrote Trump and the Jordanian Option.

The inauguration of an American administration uncommitted to the principle of an independent Palestinian state provides Israel with the opportunity to advocate a long-term strategic vision of building up a prosperous Jordan that could provide an alternative to the model of a two-state solution based on the Palestinian Authority.

They are wrong to suggest that this can be done with King Abdullah. I believe, as does the JOC, that the king is part of the problem and must be replaced by Palestinians.

Gideon Saar, a touted future Prime Minister of Israel, in his recent article, Goodbye Two-State Solution, wrote:

A Jordanian-Palestinian federative solution would offer the Palestinians space in addition to their autonomy. We could also consider adopting a joint Israeli-Jordanian-Palestinian economic framework. And there are many other ideas that could be constructed as a result of quiet, serious work with the backing of a supportive US administration.

He is right but the ultimate alternate solution is the one put forward by the JOC.

If anyone wants more information or can help this solution get traction, please write me (tbelman3@gmail.com).

Addendum

David Singer suggested drawing a new border in the Israel Jordan peace agreement. I suggest it should be here.

Israel-Jordan new border imagery

3D Illustration of the Land of Israel

Shiloh and Beit El must remain in Israel yet they lie east of the new road. In some place the new road can be moved a little to the west if there are significant Arab populations to be included. And look at Ariel. It too must be kept on the Israeli side. A very crooked road. That’s why I came to the conclusion that maybe it’s better to move them all out.

On second thought I have an alternate suggestion:

Rather than draw a new border, transfer the 1.7 million Arabs in J&S and perhaps 100,000 from Jerusalem to Jordan.

But leave the Arabs in Gaza. Israel should put Jordan in power there even if she has to defeat Hamas to do so.

Thus only 1.8 million Arabs from J&S and east Jerusalem would have to move.

One more thing. We could build a highway from Gaza to Jordan. This highway could be open to Egyptian traffic and thus Egypt would finally have a land bridge to Jordan which they want. Jordan would thus gain a port on the Mediterranean.

Georgetown University is a premier academic institution in America, yet the university has unconscionable links to the Radical Islam that hates American culture and Liberty.

USNews.com ranks Georgetown University #20 nationally tied with UC Berkley. This makes Georgetown one of America’s elite colleges. Georgetown was founded as a Jesuit-Catholic college in 1789 around the time of the U.S. Constitution became the centerpiece of American government and George Washington became the first President of the United States.

Georgetown University, a private university in Washington DC, is the oldest Catholic and Jesuit higher education institution in the US.

Its alumni include two former US presidents: Bill Clinton and Lyndon Johnson; as well as several other heads of state, including King Felipe VI of Spain.

Having been founded in 1789 by John Carroll, the US’ first bishop and archbishop, on a hilltop overlooking the Potomac River, Georgetown awarded its first bachelor’s degrees in 1817.

The American Civil War nearly forced the closure of the university, with the student body dropping from 313 to 17 between 1859 and 1861, but it was in the aftermath of the conflict that Georgetown became the institution that is known today.

Patrick Healy, the university’s president between 1873 and 1882 and the first African American to earn a PhD, reshaped the institution’s curriculum to place a focus on history and the natural sciences, and started the construction of Healy Hall, the flagship Flemish Romanesque building at the heart of the campus.

Nowadays the university is divided into nine undergraduate and graduate schools, including Georgetown College, which offers a liberal arts programme, and the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service, which has educated heads of state and politicians from around the world.

With more than 7,000 undergraduate and about 10,000 postgraduate students, about 11 per cent of Georgetown’s students are from overseas, being drawn from about 130 countries.

Although it has always been independent of the Catholic Church, Georgetown’s Jesuit heritage continues to be influential, with education at the university emphasising service to others, particularly the vulnerable and disadvantaged.

Georgetown also runs a school of foreign service in Doha, Qatar, and offers study abroad opportunities at villas around the Mediterranean.

Alumni and sports teams of Georgetown are known as Hoyas. Prominent Hoyas include US defence secretary Robert Gates and his predecessor Donald Rumsfeld; José Manuel Barroso, the former president of the European Commission; and King Abdullah II of Jordan. Actor Bradley Cooper is another Georgetown alumnus. (Georgetown University: More about Georgetown University; TimesHighterEducation.com; 2017)

This description of Georgetown is a glowing picture, right? Georgetown has one of the top Islamic apologists (John Esposito: HERE & HERE) that defends Muslim terrorists that hates Israel and has a University adjunct in Doha, Qatar. Qatar is a notorious supporter of Radical Islam and Islamic terrorists in the Middle Eastern region. I suspect the Jesuit founder of Georgetown is rolling over in his grave over Islamic infiltration into his Catholic university.

ACT for America has news on convicted Islamic terrorist Sami al-Arian having a teaching moment at Georgetown University’s Qatar location.

Georgetown University and Radical Islamists: It's a Family Affair

By ACT Staff

ACT for America

Georgetown University's Qatar campus is set to host Sami Al-Arian for a lecture tonight in Doha. According to a news release from the school's Middle Eastern Studies Student Association, Al-Arian is a "civil rights activist" who hopes to challenge students to "make it a better, and more equitable and peaceful world."

Those are charitable descriptions for Al-Arian, a documented member of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad's Majlis Shura, or board of directors. According to the Islamic Jihad's bylaws, which law enforcement agents found during searches of Al-Arian's home and offices, there can be "No Peace without Islam." The group's objective is to create "a state of terror, instability and panic in the souls of Zionists and especially the groups of settlers, and force them to leave their houses."

It's an agenda Al-Arian took to heart. Following a double suicide bombing in 1995 that killed 19 Israelis, Al-Arian solicited money from a Kuwaiti legislator. "The latest operation, carried out by the two mujahideen who were martyred for the sake of God, is the best guide and witness to what they believing few can do in the face of Arab and Islamic collapse at the heels of the Zionist enemy..." he wrote.

"I call upon you to try to extend true support of the jihad effort in Palestine so that operations such as these can continue, so that the people do not lose faith in Islam and its representatives..." he wrote. Four years earlier, he spoke at a fundraiser in Cleveland, introduced as the head of the "active arm of the Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine."

Why, then, is a Jesuit university, albeit at a campus in Qatar, hosting a leader of a designated terrorist group's "active arm"?

There's a family bond between Georgetown University and the Al-Arians. Son Abdullah is an assistant professor at Georgetown's Qatar campus, teaching history in its School of Foreign Service. He earned his Ph.D. at Georgetown, writing his dissertation about the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood during the 1970s, a time his father acknowledges being part of the global Islamist movement.

Jonathan Brown, Al-Arian's son-in-law, also works at Georgetown, as the [Saudi] Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Chair of Islamic Civilization. Brown recently drew criticism for a lecture in which he argued that slavery isn't inherently "morally evil" if the slave is treated well. He also minimized sexual consent as a recent social more, arguing no one is really free enough to grant consent anyway.

Property records show Brown and his wife Laila Al-Arian bought a modest house just outside Tampa in 2015. Brown also owns a $1.1 million house in Mclean, Va.

Brown's boss, Georgetown University Professor John Esposito, has been a staunch Al-Arian defender. Al-Arian is "an extraordinarily bright, articulate scholar and intellectual-activist, a man of conscience with a strong commitment to peace and social justice," Esposito wrote in a letter to a federal judge.

Brown's slavery and sexual consent lecture was hosted by the International Institute of Islamic Thought (IIIT) in Herndon, Va. The IIIT was a prime financial supporter of a think tank Al-Arian founded in Tampa called the World and Islam Studies Enterprise (WISE). It provided cover for at least three other members of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad's Shura Council, including his brother-in-law Mazen Al-Najjar, an academic named Basheer Nafi and Ramadan Abdullah Shallah – the Islamic Jihad's secretary general since late 1995.

Federal prosecutors wanted Al-Arian to tell a grand jury what he knew about the IIIT's financial support for terrorists. He refused. Al-Arian was charged with criminal contempt after maintaining that stance even after a judge granted him immunity for his truthful testimony.

The case never went to trial. Al-Arian was deported to Turkey in 2015, pursuant to terms in his 2006 guilty plea connected to his Palestinian Islamic Jihad support. He now works as "director of the Center for Regional Politics at Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University," the Georgetown Middle East students group's news release said.

Al-Arian is a computer scientist.

Sabahattin Zaim opened in 2010 and claims to have about 1,100 undergraduate students.

While the Georgetown University program is organized by a student group, promotional material lists Mehran Kamrava as moderator. Kamrava directs the Georgetown School of Foreign Service's Center for International and Regional Studies.

His presence adds the university's imprimatur to the Al-Arian event. In addition, the School of Foreign Service posted the news release promoting Al-Arian's lecture.

Qatar has supported Hamas, the Islamic Jihad's rival Palestinian terrorist group, providing money and refuge for Hamas leaders. In that light, Al-Arian's invitation doesn't seem out of place. But it is still an event hosted by a Georgetown University campus, moderated by one of its prominent faculty.

While Al-Arian has tried to deny his Islamic Jihad activities, or at least minimize them, his work to advance the group's bloody ambitions is undeniable. He self-identified as the Shura Council's secretary. In his plea agreement, he admits lying about Shallah's prominent role in the Islamic Jihad.

During his 1991 remarks in Cleveland after his "active arm" introduction, Al-Arian urged donations for jihad. "Your brothers in Palestine are struggling with their beings," he said, "so let us struggle here with our money."

"This is the way of giving," he said earlier. "This is the way of struggle. This is the way of battle. This is the way of jihad. This is the way of martyrdom. Thus is the way of blood, because this is the path to heaven."

The student association's news release failed to mention this background as a convicted felon, describing the former University of South Florida professor as a "civil rights advocate." It fails to mention Al-Arian's guilty plea, and whitewashes his resulting deportation to Turkey by saying "Al-Arian relocated."

The federal judge who saw all the evidence against Al-Arian, who watched him lie about his true identity and violent ambitions, called him a "master manipulator." Old habits die hard, apparently. The question in this case is whether Georgetown and its student groups are being duped or are witting accomplices in whitewashing a terrorist into a "human rights advocate."

Yesterday I blogged on Marshall Polston being suspended from Rollins College in Florida for openly disagreeing with Professor Areej Zufari over the divinity, Crucifixion death and bodily Resurrection of Jesus Christ the Son of God.

I posited in essence, What would you expect from a Muslim who is taught these things about Jesus straight from their Quran, Hadith and Sunnah? Yet, I found it quite deplorable that Rollins College suspended Polston for his religious beliefs as if establishing the Islamic beliefs on Jesus as the accurate truth.

I argued that this attitude of Rollins College placed the educational institution in a position of submission to Professor Zufari and to the theopolitical ideology of Islam. Indeed, Islamic Supremacism is the belief Muslims are taught and that all non-Muslims must submit to Islam either in conversion or in publicly admitting that Islam is superior to one’s separate religious beliefs.

This is called Dhimmitude. Check out these excerpts of a Jerry Gordon review of the Mark Durie book “The Third Choice- Islam, Dhimmitude and Freedom”:

While browsing through a Barnes and Noble in Westport, Connecticut in 1988, I chanced upon a book on the bottom shelf of the Judaica section with the curious title, The Dhimmi: Jews and Christians under Islam, by Bat Ye’or. Bat Ye’or is a nom de plume meaning in Hebrew “daughter of the Nile.” I perused the paperback volume shocked by the revelations that the Muslim realm was not the tolerant Islam that Medievalist scholars had conveyed.

The term dhimmi in Bat Ye’or's pioneering volume referred to those subject to a dhimma or treaty decreeing their status and obligations including a jizya or poll tax that effectively amounted to onerous payments made in lieu of being beheaded – blood money. As Bat Ye’or noted:

Dhimmitude: the Islamic system of governing populations conquered by jihad wars, encompassing all of the demographic, ethnic, and religious aspects of the political system. The word "dhimmitude" comes from dhimmi, an Arabic word meaning "protected”. Dhimmi was the name applied by the Arab-Muslim conquerors to indigenous non-Muslim populations who surrendered by a treaty (dhimma) to Muslim domination. Islamic conquests expanded over vast territories in Africa, Europe and Asia, for over a millennium (638-1683). The Muslim empire incorporated numerous varied peoples which had their own religion, culture, language and civilization. For centuries, these indigenous, pre-Islamic peoples constituted the great majority of the population of the Islamic lands. Although these populations differed, they were ruled by the same type of laws, based on the Shari’a.

The Third Choice should be considered an important and timely complement to Bat Ye’or’s, The Dhimmi. (View this presentation on the Third Choice by author Durie at The Heritage Foundation.) He elucidates dhimmitude via discussion of basic Islamic Sharia law contained in the Quranic canon based on the example of Mohammed. What Durie means by the model of Mohammed is captured in an essay by him on the impossibility of Islamic reformation:

. . . Muhammad combined within himself the offices of king, judge, general and religious leader, thus unifying politics, law, the military and religion. To follow his example means creating a theocratic political order, where the laws of the land are controlled by Islamic theology.

Durie conveys the ritualized brutality of jizya –a virtual beheading:

For the dhimmi, the annual jizya payment was a powerful and public symbolic expression of the jihad-dhimmitude nexus, which fixed the horizon of the dhimmi ’s world. Although the ritual varied in its specific features, its essential character was an enactment of a beheading, in which one of the recurrent features was a blow to the neck of the dhimmi, at the very point when he makes his payment. (p. 131)

Durie goes on to note the devastating impact of the jizyaon dhimmis:

The intended result of the jizya ritual is for the dhimmi to lose all sense of his own personhood. In return for this loss, the dhimmi was supposed to feel humility and gratitude towards his Muslim masters. Al-Mawardi said that the jizya head tax was either a sign of contempt, because of the dhimmis’ unbelief, or a sign of the mildness of Muslims, who granted them quarter (instead of killing or enslaving them) so humble gratitude was the intended response.

The remarks of al-Mawardi and Ibn ‘Ajibah make clear that its true meaning is to be found in psychological attitudes of inferiority and indebtedness imposed upon non-Muslims living under Islam, as they willingly and gratefully handed over the jizya in service to the Muslim community. (p. 141)

He notes this from READ ENTIRETY (Dhimmitude Dominates; By Jerry Gordon; New English Review; 2/2010)

AND this is the reason I become so upset when an American public figure or an American private/public institution goes out of its way to accommodate a Muslim or an Islamic organization. It is the beginning of the bending of the neck to submit or die to Islam.

While I was corroborating the news of Marshall Polston’s expulsion from Rollins College, I came across an awesome exposé of Professor Areej Zufari which I actually linked to in the “Florida College Turns Religious Liberty into Dhimmitude” post. The exposé is by Rich Swier.

Swier’s information of Zufari forces me to hold back the inward fury welling up pertaining to American Dhimmitude!

Orlando’s Muslim Professor Areeje Zufari — Profile of a ‘Radical Islamic Supremacist’

By Dr. Rich Swier

Dr. Rich Swier [Blog]

This column provides the background of Professor Areeje Zufari, a Professor of Humanities and Coordinator of the Humanities Speakers Series at Valencia College located in Orlando, Florida. Zufari gained attention when she told her students “that the crucifixion of Jesus was a hoax and that his disciples did not believe he was ‘divine.’”

Areeje Zufari

But there is much more to this story.

9. During his court deposition, on June 4, 2004, Maher Ghawji admitted to the court and to his wife of being a Wahhabi, an adherent to a fanatical religious form of Islam emanating from Saudi Arabia (Exhibit 4 – page 26).

11a. Maher Ghawji’s son, Louis, has written about how his father wants to “get rid” of all Jews and how his father wants him [Louis] to become a suicide bomber. In an e-mail he sent to a friend on June 24, 2004, he wrote, “And because he [Maher Ghawji] wants to get rid of all Jews and everybody should be muslim and if not all others are idiots and blah blah blah muslim allah blah blah blah wants me to go blow up myself so he would be proud of me” (Exhibit 5).

11b. Both of Maher Ghawji’s sons have discussed how their father hates Jews. In the July 2, 2004 chambers interview with Louis and K.K. Ghawji, the children state the following: K.K. Ghawji: “So, but also, when he watches the TV and hears about Jews, he doesn’t – he’s like saying I hate the Jews, it is – ” Louis Ghawji: “He’s always wondering like every time there is one Jew dead, it is always a big fuss” (Exhibit 5).

12. About Palestinians becoming suicide bombers, Maher Ghawji stated in his June 2004 deposition, “I think this will generate this, I’m not sure, spirit of blowing themselves up or feeling in despair; and when you’re in despair evidently like they live, and these people has no education, fifty percent jobless, have no running water after the invasion of Israeli to the Gaza Strip and West Bank, destroy all their infrastructure, evidently they feel miserable; and I said these people — I don’t see why not.” (Exhibit 4 – page 82).

According to Jacob Engels from the Central Florida Post:

Areeje Zufari at her wedding to Dr. Maher Ghawji. Photo: Joe Kaufman.

Zufari had given Polston a failing grade without explanation, after the two disagreed over Zufari proclaiming during the first class that the Crucifixion of Christ was a hoax as was the idea that Jesus’s disciples did not think he was “divine.

Polston reached out and demanded an explanation from the professor, but she instead reported him to the Dean of Safety for making her feel “unsafe.”

The straight-A student would ultimately be suspended on March 24th and then face outlandish allegations by Zufari, later that day.

She accused him of skulking around in the brush outside the classroom, but video surveillance from a Dr. Phillips restaurant and neighborhood gate cameras prove Polston was nowhere near the school at the time.

Now the Central Florida Post has uncovered a lawsuit filed in Orange County, FL in 2007 that contains bombshell allegations against Zufari and provide insight into her radical Wahhabi leanings. SEE THE LAWSUIT BELOW.

Professor and writer Areej Zufari was born in the United States to Middle Eastern parents. Her interest in Middle Eastern culture began during her childhood in Arkansas where she also discovered her love for writing and painting. She earned a Masters degree in Liberal Studies from Rollins College and a Bachelors degree from Southern Methodist University. After 2001, she took on the demanding role of Director of Media and Communications for the Islamic Society of Central Florida. Her experiences speaking in the media revealed to her the numerous misconceptions Americans hold about the Middle East and Islam. Inspired by the importance of education to promote peace, Zufari enrolled in Hartford Seminary and earned a graduate certificate in Islamic Chaplaincy. Now, as a professor at Valencia College in Orlando, Florida, Zufari teaches Humanities courses full-time and writes during her weekends and summers. [Emphasis added]

Discover the Networks reports:

Imam Muhammad Musri, who oversees seven mosques from the Islamic Society of Central Florida, believes that Arab Christians claiming to have converted from Islam “are lying and . . . were actually Christians all along.” “They are using tales of conversion,” he says, “to get financial backing from evangelical ministries.” Taking a jab at Christianity’s many Protestant denominations, he adds, “We don’t want the Muslims to end up with 700 determinations of Islam.” Musri’s speeches are sold and distributed by the Islamic Society of North America.

On 3/24 I posted on how the Islamic revered writings of the Quran, Hadith and Sira (Sunna) are directly Antisemitic and Antichristian. This has become a problem and a challenge to the Religious Liberty of the First Amendment in relation to how these revered writings provoke Islamic Supremacist concepts that large private businesses and private institutions (such as colleges) are relegating themselves to dhimmitude.

Areej Zufari

Rollins College located in Florida suspended Marshall Polston for challenging the opinion of Middle Eastern Humanities Professor Areej Zufari that Jesus Christ was never Crucified nor was Jesus God – part of the co-equal personhood of Father, Son and Holy Spirit as ONE singular God.

Polston’s beliefs are a part of central tenets of Christianity. Professor Zufari’s beliefs are straight out of the Quran.

The Religious Liberty written in the blood Revolutionary War veterans in the First Amendment means both Polston and Zufari are entitled to their opinions.

However, when Rollins College suspended Polston for his Christian beliefs undoubtedly at the behest of the Muslim Professor Areej Zufari, robbed Polston of First Amendment Religious Liberty. In Contrast to the deference to Zufari, the college’s actions not only upheld the Professor’s Religious Liberty but also declared Islam supreme over all religious faiths making Christians and other non-Muslims into dhimmis on American soil.

Christian student suspended after challenging Muslim prof’s claim that Jesus wasn’t crucified

By WILLIAM NARDI - LIBERTY UNIVERSITY

MARCH 27, 2017

The College Fix

A student says he was suspended from Rollins College for challenging his Muslim professor’s anti-Christian assertions, including her claim that Jesus’ crucifixion never took place.

Twenty-year-old Marshall Polston, a sophomore at the private, Florida-based four-year college, said that the professor of his Middle Eastern Humanities class also told students that Jesus’ disciples did not believe he was God.

Polston, an avid traveler and self-described Christian, has toured the Middle East and is familiar with the Muslim culture.

“Honestly, it reminded me of some of the more radical groups I researched when abroad,” Polston told the Central Florida Postabout his professor’s comments on Jesus.

“Whether religious or not, I believe even those with limited knowledge of Christianity can agree that according to the text, Jesus was crucified and his followers did believe he was divine that he was ‘God,’” he continued. “Regardless, to assert the contrary as academic fact is not supported by the evidence.”

Polston, in a message to The College Fix on Saturday, said he stands behind his assertions in the Post article. He said he is upset he was suspended and has hired an attorney.

“Our university should be a place where free-speech flashes and ideas can be spoken of without punishment or fear of retribution,” Polston told The College Fix. “In my case it was the total opposite. I came forward with the story because I know so many other students like me suffer under today’s liberal academic elite.”

The professor, Areej Zufari, as well as a campus spokesperson, could not be reached by The College Fix late Sunday. However, the Central Florida Post reports that it tried numerous times to obtain comment from Rollins College and Professor Zufari to no avail.

Polston claims the situation began after he challenged Zufari’s assertions about Jesus and his disciples. Polston said this challenge led Zufari to file a complaint with a campus dean, claiming he made her feel “unsafe.”

Next, Polston received a 52 percent on a major essay.

“I was upset, understandably. I’ve never gotten anything less than straight A’s, so I was really interested in figuring out how to possibly improve or at least understand the grade,” Polston told the Post.

On another day during the course, Zufari led a discussion about the application of Sharia Law. Polston claims that during this discussion, a male Muslim student said gays and adulterers should be beheaded under Sharia Law.

“I spoke out to the professor about the grade and subsequently the decapitation comments made by the student,” Polston told The Fix. “The statement by the conservative Muslim student met such fear by some that one of the students reported it to the FBI. Later, I was reported by the professor to the dean of campus safety. The situation was surreal. We’ve already had one too many attacks in Orlando and as an avid traveler I realized this was the perfect example of ‘see something, say something.’”

Zufari, for her part, posted on Facebook to the ACLU of Florida, complaining about an unnamed student that is “making my life hell this semester. This one is spewing hatred at me, de-railing class, and just sent me a hateful email threatening meI want to know if there is a way to hold the individual responsible for his harassment and hate speech. Any ideas? Thank you!”

According to the March 24 suspension letter, Polston’s “actions have constituted a threat of disruption within the operations of the College and jeopardize the safety and well-being of members of the College community and yourself.”

Those alleged actions are not spelled out within the document. Nonetheless, Polston was given strict directions not to set foot on campus or have any contact with Zufari in the letter.

However, claims that Polston violated the terms of his suspension and came to harass the class this past Thursday were lodged. A campus safety report obtained by The College Fix states:

“Student ______ stated to me that she looked out the back glass door of the classroom and saw Mr. Polston staring into the room. He briefly stopped then proceeded on his way. Campus safety was immediately notified and responded at 19:36 hours. A search was conducted but Mr. Polston was not found. Ms. Zufari’s students were upset and did not feel comfortable being in the class. Ms. Zufari dismissed her class early at 20:07 hours.”

Polston has completely refuted these claims, however, offering video footage of his whereabouts — at a restaurant over a half-hour away from the school.

As for Rollins College, this isn’t the first time its officials have acted unfavorably toward Christian students.

In 2013, college officials kicked a Christian group off of campus for their conservative beliefs and threatened to pull funding from Christian student groups that would not allow non-Christian students to be in the club’s leadership. Later that year students were told that they could not hold private Bible studies in their dorm rooms, Fox News reported.
